Strategic Partnerships in African Mining and Minerals

Afrimet Global Resources builds long-term partnerships across mining, processing, logistics and offtake, coordinated through its South African commercial base and delivered on the ground in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Who we seek

Strong, experienced and reliable partners

Afrimet Global Resources is actively seeking reputable and experienced strategic partners and investors to work with us on the development of mineral projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo, across gold, copper, cobalt, lithium, coltan and cassiterite.

Our objective is to partner with organisations that can bring capital, technical expertise, modern mining technology, equipment, project-development capability, processing solutions and international market access.

We are open to working with international and regional mining companies, experienced operators, strategic investors, private equity and investment groups, project financiers, mineral processing companies, equipment and technology providers, commodity traders, offtake partners and joint-venture partners.

What we bring

Opportunity, presence and platform

Afrimet Global Resources provides local presence, mineral opportunities, concession access, local networks and the project-development platform needed to establish mining ventures in the DRC. We are looking for partners who complement these strengths with financial capacity, technical expertise, operational experience and access to international markets.

We believe the strongest mining projects are built through long-term partnerships based on transparency, trust, expertise and shared objectives. Depending on the project we are open to discussing joint ventures, strategic investment, project financing, technical partnerships, concession development, mining operations, processing partnerships and offtake agreements.

Offtake

Refiners, smelters and trading houses

Offtake counterparties engage on a defined mineral, a written specification, an agreed inspection basis and a stated Incoterm. Volume is never guaranteed in advance; any commitment lives in the executed contract and remains subject to production, permitting and verification.

Copper cathode buyers are handled through a dedicated commercial route covering grade basis, weighing point, delivery cadence and contracting.
