Refined gold bars representing documented precious metal supply from Central Africa

Precious Metals

Gold — Sourcing, Verification and Buyer Requirements

Gold enquiries are handled through documented channels in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the wider Central African region, with partners and counterparties assessed before any commercial discussion advances.

Overview

Gold at a glance

Gold moves internationally on the strength of two things: what the assay says, and what the documents prove. Afrimet Global Resources structures every gold discussion around both, and treats neither as settled until independently established.

We do not describe standing stock, hold-out quantities or guaranteed monthly volumes. Availability is confirmed transaction by transaction with the relevant partner, and all terms are fixed in an executed contract before value moves.

Where material originates in higher-risk jurisdictions, enhanced due diligence is applied to origin, chain of custody and the authority of each party to sell.

In practice

How gold material is handled

Material is described against a written specification, sampled and assayed by an independent party, and weighed at the point named in the contract. Origin, export and inspection documentation is prepared to the requirements of the country of export.

Nothing on this page represents available stock, guaranteed quantity or a firm offer. Availability, grade and commercial terms are confirmed per transaction and remain subject to verification, documentation, contract and applicable law.

Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee a monthly gold tonnage?

No. Any figure discussed is indicative only. Quantities are confirmed for a specific transaction with the relevant partner and become firm only in an executed contract.

How is purity established?

Who arranges inspection?

An independent surveyor or laboratory appointed under the contract. Buyers or their authorised representatives may attend where the contract provides for it.
