Documents uploaded for verification, including identification, incorporation documents, proof of address, beneficial ownership declarations and, where required, evidence of source of funds.
Why we process it
To respond to enquiries, to perform counterparty verification and compliance screening, to prepare offers and contracts, to meet record-keeping obligations, and to prevent fraud and financial crime.
Legal bases
Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, the performance of steps taken at your request before entering a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in operating a lawful trading business.
Sharing
Information may be shared with screening and verification providers, independent inspectors and laboratories, logistics and insurance providers, banks and payment institutions, professional advisers, and competent authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not publish buyer documents.
Security and retention
Documents are stored with restricted access limited to authorised compliance and operations personnel. Access to buyer files is logged. Records are retained for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering and commercial record-keeping rules, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Some records must be retained even after a relationship ends, in order to meet legal obligations.
Commodity availability, pricing, origin, specifications and transaction terms are subject to verification, due diligence, applicable laws, export controls and executed contracts. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, investment advice or a guarantee of supply.
