Corporate documents, authorised representative, beneficial ownership and sanctions screening are reviewed before commercial discussion.

Product & Specification Confirmation
Form, grade, assay basis, packaging and tolerances are confirmed against actual availability at that time.

Commercial Offer
A written offer states specification, quantity, pricing basis, validity, Incoterm and delivery basis.

Contract
The executed agreement establishes the binding terms, payment mechanism and responsibilities for that transaction.

Inspection / Verification
Independent sampling, weighing and assay are carried out by the appointed surveyor at the agreed points.

Export & Logistics
Export, origin and customs documentation is completed and insured transport is arranged under the agreed Incoterm.
- 08
Delivery
Material is delivered to the agreed destination port, refinery, smelter or facility and reconciled per contract.

- Chinese import documentation, CIQ requirements and customs clearance are handled by the buyer or its appointed agent.
