Responsible Sourcing Policy

We source minerals only where origin can be documented and where the supply chain can withstand due-diligence scrutiny. This policy reflects internationally recognised due-diligence expectations for mineral supply chains.

Origin and authority to sell

Every consignment requires documentation of origin and of the seller's lawful authority to sell the specific material. Undocumented material is refused.

Conflict-affected and high-risk areas

For minerals originating in the DRC and the wider Great Lakes region, enhanced due diligence is applied, including upstream traceability records and applicable regional scheme documentation.

We do not describe material as "conflict-free" unless that characterisation has been independently substantiated for the specific consignment. Absence of evidence is not treated as evidence of absence.

Human rights and unacceptable practices

We do not knowingly deal in material connected to child labour, forced labour, serious human-rights abuse, support to non-state armed groups, or bribery and misrepresentation of the origin of minerals.

Traceability and chain of custody

Chain-of-custody records are maintained from the point of collection through export to the destination facility, and are reconciled against inspection and assay results.

Continuous improvement

Supply channels are reviewed periodically. Where risks are identified, we mitigate, suspend or disengage depending on severity, and record the decision on file.
