- Grade / specification
- Cathodes to LME Grade A / ASTM B115 Cu 99.99% (Cu-CATH-1), 125 kg sheets on 2–2.5 t bundles; concentrates typically 18%–28% Cu with agreed As, Pb and Zn penalty limits and moisture below 9%
- Quantity
- Cathodes from one 25 t container per trial, programme volumes in 100–500 t monthly bands; concentrates from 500 t per shipment
- Pricing basis
- LME Copper Grade A settlement over an agreed quotational period, less a negotiated discount or treatment and refining charges for concentrates
- Origin
- Democratic Republic of Congo and Central African supply channels
- Inspection
- Independent surveyor at load port or agreed facility for weight, moisture and sampling

- Certificate of origin and export authorisation
- Independent inspection and assay certificates

- Commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents

Corporate documents, authorised representative, beneficial ownership and sanctions screening are reviewed before commercial discussion.

Form, grade, assay basis, packaging and tolerances are confirmed against actual availability at that time.

Commercial Offer
A written offer states specification, quantity, pricing basis, validity, Incoterm and delivery basis.

Contract
The executed agreement establishes the binding terms, payment mechanism and responsibilities for that transaction.

Inspection / Verification
Independent sampling, weighing and assay are carried out by the appointed surveyor at the agreed points.

Export & Logistics
Export, origin and customs documentation is completed and insured transport is arranged under the agreed Incoterm.

Delivery
Material is delivered to the agreed destination port, refinery, smelter or facility and reconciled per contract.
